GABRIEL, ANTONIA Y DIEGO: THE HEART AND SOUL OF THIS CHRISTMAS

Our most moving campaign pays tribute to the value of our team

There is a question we all hear every day. Sometimes in Spanish, other times in Mallorcan, English, or German. It is the most common question in the world: What time is it?
We have been helping to answer it for 146 years. But this Christmas, we asked ourselves another, much deeper question: What truly lasts?
And the answer was not to be found in any of our safes or in the display windows of our boutiques in Palma. We found the answer in the people who put on their Relojería Alemana jackets every day.
This year, we have come to understand that, beyond the technical excellence of our watches and the beauty of our jewelry, there is a treasure that is just as exclusive and valuable that we want to share with you: our team.

A Christmas to Celebrate Who We Are

Like any family, ours has also been built over time. And after almost a century and a half, this family has grown and evolved. Today, we feel proud to be official distributors of the world's most prestigious manufacturers, but we also feel the responsibility of being a benchmark in Mallorca.
That is why this year's Christmas campaign is different. We decided to celebrate who we are to build where we are going. It is "The Christmas of what is to come," a tribute to the past, present, and future that our team builds day after day.
We want to move away from the spotlight and seek the light. And we find that light in Gabriel, Antonia, and Diego, our protagonists. They and their stories make it possible for Relojería Alemana to be more than just a watch and jewelry store.
In a company like ours, time is not only measured in minutes, it is measured in loyalty, closeness, and legacy.

Gabriel, Master Watchmaker: “The Current Workshop Is a Dream Come True for Me”

Gabriel, master watchmaker at Relojería Alemana and one of the protagonists of the Christmas Campaign, works with precision in the watch workshop in Mallorca.
Gabriel is our master watchmaker; he has been with us for 22 years, though he has been a watchmaker “since age 14.” His first job, he recalls, was an alarm clock. Today, on the verge of retirement, his workshop is a dream come true.
When we talk about succession at Relojería Alemana, it is not a marketing concept. It is the story of Gabriel and his son, who now works alongside him. It is craftsmanship passed down from father to son, ensuring that the expertise that defines us will endure.
Gabriel’s son represents generational continuity and family tradition in the Relojería Alemana workshop in Palma.
Gabriel is retiring next year, and he does so with the peace of mind of someone who has done his job well. For him, it is time to pass on his legacy. Time to let other hands take the pulse. Time to teach everything he knows.

Antonia, Boutique Director: “For Me, Relojería Alemana Is Everything”

Antonia, director of the Relojería Alemana boutique on Paseo del Borne, is an example of professional growth and trust.
Antonia is the heart of our house. She has been with Relojería Alemana for 41 years. She started at 16, “as an errand girl,” and today she is the boutique manager and the future assistant manager of the new Rolex boutique in Palma. She represents the soul of this company: loyalty, dedication, and passion for the profession.
Antonia is proof that talent is not recruited, it is nurtured. That growth and innovation are nourished by the talent that has grown with us. As she herself says, “that girl who started never imagined she would get where she is now.”
For Antonia, it is time to reap what she has sown. It is time to receive the love she has given to her profession.

Diego, Head of Administration: “This Is My Home”

If Gabriel is the know-how and Antonia is the vocation, Diego is the foundation, the origin, the roots. He is our head of administration, but he is much more than that: he is the memory of our Colom Street, since his arrival in 1986. Why? Because before it was his job, it was his home.
Diego lived and grew up in the same building where he works today. “My home was this building where Relojería Alemana is located, now and forever,” he confessed.
This unique connection makes him the embodiment of trust and continuity. He has witnessed the transformation of a building into an emblem, knowing perfectly well where its roots lie. He is the pillar of that family feeling that we strive to keep intact, because a family business is not only one founded by a family, but one that is capable of creating one.

For Diego, it is time for continuity. It is time to build on the foundations of his childhood. To transform memories into the future.

And You, Do You Know What Time It Is?

This Christmas at Relojería Alemana, we celebrate what is to come.
Gabriel, Antonia, and Diego are three stories, but they are the voice of many more. They are the reflection of a team that feels a pride of belonging. They are the force that drives us to continue innovating, to create new collections, and to open unexplored paths. Because everything new we build, we do so on the most solid foundations that exist: those of trust and human experience.
This Christmas, when you choose a gift, when looking at your watch to be on time for that family dinner, or when looking for a piece of jewelry to celebrate an 'I do', we would like you to think about this.
You are not gifting an object. You are gifting a story. You are celebrating shared time.
Now, we return the question to you: Do you know what time it is?
It is time to celebrate “The Christmas of what is to come”
